Every day we are bombarded by advertisements of products that can supposedly help us lose weight, it seems that the new illnesses affecting people’s lives have become more severe. A simple rule of thumb is taking in fewer calories than you are burning. If you consume more calories than you are burning off in a day you are going to gain weight.
