Fat burners many times are marketed as a weight loss supplement which they do help, but it is important not to just rely on the fat burner, it is also important that you get enough exercise whether it means going to a local gym or walking 45 minutes a day, this will help you lose weight faster.

I am one who is very sensitive to caffeine. I do take a fat burner here and there, mostly to help increase my energy levels before a heavy gym workout.

Who should use fat burners?

Many people can benefit from fat burners, they can provide you with more energy and don’t have all the sugar and additives many energy drinks do, regardless of your weight I know plenty of people that are very lean and want to get that chiseled or ripped look without taking steroids, in many cases a fat burner can help shed that extra small percentage of fat making it a perfect plateau breaker.
